What actually is it?

Tea Tree Oil (Melaleuca Alternifolia) has anti-microbial properties, which means it makes a good antiseptic.

Uses in rats

Wound cleaning. May also help to discourage mites and fleas.

Dosages

Wounds - use diluted to clean.
Mites/fleas - add one to two drops to water in which you wash your rats.
(Be careful in ingestion, as it may cause some toxic effects).
