Synopsis

After escaping from his comfortable cage in the Institute, a resourceful and very clever rat takes refuge in the Hamblington Public Baths. There he meets a young homeless boy called Dylan who is campaigning to save the baths from closure. And together they decide to take a dramatic last stand.
